Description

This company advertises much on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. They incentivize buyers by indicating they will get a "free gift" with any purchase. Upon checking out, they indicate that shipping will take around 3-5 days. After almost a month, I came to realize they have not even shipped my order. I did contact their customer support email but they replied back saying their delay is due "poor quality items" from the manufacturer and that my order should be "shipped soon". After waiting another month, they still have not shipped my order. I tried calling their number indicated in their website, however, there is no one on the other line. When you call, you come up with an automated voicemail with someone saying "hello?" on the other end but this occurs every single time you call. I've contacted them through email 4 times now with the same exact reply given to me on email. They do not give you an estimate on the delivery and also do not provide refund options. They also delete all negative comments on their social media page. Just overall, poor customer service plus not getting the product.
