Description
We received a letter addressed to my husband saying that our home warranty "may be expiring or may have already expired" and directing him to call 800-223-9171 immediately. The letter was marked "FINAL NOTICE" even though he had never received any earlier notices. The letter included the name Fannie Mae which I have never had ., which made it look somewhat legitimate. Received this in U S mail 1 10 2024.
