He told me that the shipment would be took place using this company https://logistikshippers.com/ and that i had to pay 200$ for transportation. I gave the money through Western Union to this guy: Name: Gildas Arsel Surname: Talla Broueka Country: Turkey After the payment they send me an email to request another 855$ for vaccines and Electronic Air Conditioner Crate. They explained that it was for the puppy's safety and will refund me after the agent give it to me because its a rental fee. They requested to send the money to the same guy. When i started asking and complaining that it is huge amount of money they said that if i didn't pay they will insult me for pet abandonment.
