Offer for Cancun for $299 was on social media very famous and we paid for it including tax and service fees became $442.73. Several times called to confirm the dates but nobody answered on my phone call during the day. I had an email responses but the website information was clearly stating that we must confirm through the phone call only. Automated system again and again during half an hour my waiting period was repeating same words as "your call will be answered within 10 minutes " and these 10 minutes never finished to be answered. Scammers. Requesting for full refund.
