I paid $19.99 for a trial subscription to a dog training program. I admittedly forgot about the trial and program in general, and never used the product at all. I saw that I was charged $49 for the full program and immediately emailed them for a refund. They advised that the only way to receive a refund was to send in a video of my using the product so they can verify it doesnt work, but if I were to log into the account and use the product that would then nullify my receiving a refund because I had accessed the product. They basically make sure you can never get a refund, because they have a way to ensure one or more stipulations are never met. I advised them they could keep the trial fee, but that i only wanted to mostly fee refunded. Also, they have cancelled my use of the product, but will not redund the fee. Usually, if you cancel a service and they arent going to give a refund, thay will allow thenuse of the product through the end of the paid peridod. This site/business is a scam. Dont trust it, dont waste your money.
