I kept calling until I got an answer took me three times of calling him back to say that they are giving me a refund got an email for it whether it comes back or not I have no idea they are very nasty people to talk to very rude tried to tell me it was for a food purchase the more I looked into it the more I found out it was the holy thing I have no idea what country they're in I know they are foreign I finally found the phone number by going through my bank account and spydialer to get the phone number hopefully within the next 3 to 5 days my money will be back in my bank account.
