My Dad ordered a bed comforter and curtains from a website called Freshouse adding $160. It was SUPPOSED to be a Christmas gift, he ordered it on December 3rd, and still hasnt recieved it. It has tracking number but no phone number and the email said [email protected], but it was no help. Supposedly it went thru paypal, then to the company. Another email address we saw was [email protected], and that was who the paypal went to first supposedly. Well that email address said this website was possibly a scam.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE A VICTIM

• Report the activity to the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.IC3.gov or your local FBI field office, which can be located at www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices.
• Report the activity to the online payment service used for the financial transaction.
• Contact your financial institution immediately upon discovering any fraudulent or suspicious activity and direct them to stop or reverse the transactions.
• Ask your financial institution to contact the corresponding financial institution where the fraudulent or suspicious transfer was sent.
