After seeing rave reviews for this product on CONSUMERTESTEDREVIEWS website, I ordered 1 pair of headphones. Upon receiving them, I see that the brand name Inductivv is nowhere on the product, or it's packaging. They look to be cheaply made. Plugging the unit in, the LED light took about 20 minutes to come on. It was flashing white. According to the instructions, it was supposed to be a green LED that turned white when fully charged. Mine never lit up green. 3+ hours later, still flashing white. Unit will NOT turn on. Overnight on the charger, the light had gone out, and the unit will STILL not turn on. I contacted Inductivv, but have yet to hear back. Their return policy states that I am required to pay for return shipping AND pay a 15% restocking fee. Not a chance.
