Advertisement on Facebook for toy. I purchased 4 for kids Christmas presents on Dec. 4 . Website claims 2- 6 Day shipping. No delivery as of Dec. 21. Bosxbollen, confirmed purchase, Then sent out shipment tracking with DHL. DHL never received the shipment and said to contact the merchant. Contacted Support@ Boxbollen 3 times on the third time they responded- What is the shipping address so they can confirm. Sent it and then nothing for a week. Response was sent from Shopify [email protected]
