On Dec. 7, 2023 , an ad appeared on my Instagram feed that appeared to be from Macy's. It had their logo and the look of something from Macy's. They offered the human dog beds drastically discounted and posted a limit on how many were available. I went through the ordering process in what looked like a legitimate online cart and check out process. I typed in my card numbers, email and home address and phone number in the form. Next day I received an email from [email protected] that my order had been received. It had a button to click to view my order. which went to a page that tracked the order process. The package was noted as handed over to the carrier (which was supposed to be FedEx) on Dec. 9. When I did not receive it by Dec. 15, I sent an email [email protected] at the bottom of the original email from which I have gotten no reply as of today Dec. 20. My bank account shows they drew the $49.98 out of my account on Dec. 7. It is listed as FROM OFTAT OFTAT.COM CO 12/07. When I search for that an alert comes up that this could be dangerous and phishing. A couple of days ago, I received a text from +63-915-581-8995 that stated "Package Tracking: Your package arrived at the transit center but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. Details https://uscvbxnps.com best regards, USPS Customer Service." I am not sure if this is from the same source, but when I click on the website my phone comes up with an alert. As of today, when I try to view my tracking it now has a pop-up that says "data does not exist"
