The consumer would only communicate via email. We provided an estimate, but the consumer would not sign the contract as he stopped communicating. Then we just received a check in the mail for $11,500.00 which would have been the deposit payment for the contract, and the consumer told our rep that was his deposit payment. We deposited the payment and then the check bounced. We did a further investigation and the consumer does not own the property nor the alleged business he stated he owned. We are now having our bank confirm that none of our banking information was stolen.
