I went online to Booking.com and found a hotel to my liking, I went to the Bposhtel website to verify it was a legit hotel verified the location. Here's the scam: the receptionist said I'm here at the Garnet Inn & Suite the receptionist say this is Not Bposhtels, they don't have bottom bunk bed for my disability and she say Bposhtel books rooms here for people to stay. I need to cancel with Booking.com or the Bposhtels because she is not accommodating for disabled and says Garnet has no affiliated with Bposhtels. I started looking around for the Bposhtels info inside because the receptionist asked me to shut up and let her speak. So I heard her clearly explained the Bposhtel calls and books bunks for people. She gives me the business card of her manager for contact because I asked if I could get a room at the Garnet Inn. She said No we're completely booked. I instantly pulled out my phone and contacts booking.com she then give me a business card for Bposhtel Hostel.
