Ordered a hair volumizer tool. Price was $33. ("45% off".) Vendor added $5 shipping, no problem, price with shipping went to $38. No problem. Paid with Paypal. Noticed $48 was charged. $10 tax added! 1 complaint is, how can they tax the shipping? Biggest complaint is charging 20% sales tax. Isn't that illegal?
