Description

Order placed on 8/18/2023 for succulents. Email sent on 8/26/23 asking if the order had shipped yet. Response on 9/4/23 saying they have not shipped yet and cannot give an estimated shipping date. Email sent on 9/11/23 asking them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. NO RESPONSE. Email sent on 10/10/23 asking for immediate refund or I would send this report to BBB. Response on 10/18/23 saying they could update me to the fastest shipping for free once the goods are ready to be shipped (no estimated timeframe). Email sent on 10/31/23 again requesting a refund of my order because it's not winter in MN and I cannot plant outside. Response on 11/3/23 stating they will give me a refund but must keep 10% as a handling fee. For what? I'm not sure as I haven't gotten anything. Email sent 11/3/23 demanding a full refund as I never received any products. There has been no response since then.
