I ordered one (1) pillow, after giving my credit card information. There were 7 more offers and I declined all. Then I got a thank you for your order and saw a $253.00 charge . There was never a review of the order before okaying the order. The thank you msg stated the state of art shipping and you can’t change or cancel at this point. But not a problem you can return if you don’t like. Also shipping will be 7 - 10 days and your credit card won’t be charged for 2 to 3 days. Within 5 minutes I called to talk with my credit card company. They immediately cancelled my card number and sure enough the charge was already there. I felt very lucky to have called. This all happened on Nov.29. .i got a message from company saying they credited my card, sorry I didn’t like pillows.Two days later on Dec 2nd I received a box in the US mail with 8 pillows! I never opened it just waited for info about returning pillows to them, December 10 I got an email from Derila with all kids of apology And at the end they told me to keep the pillows. I can’t stop thinking about this and have dug into the web looking for more info and sure enough I found reports of this happening to others from same company. It gets worse: When these people asked for labels to return the extra items they did not order, Derila sent them shipping labels for customer to pay to have the pillows returned to. LITHUANIA at a huge cost! So Derila Company is scamming This is so wrong and I hope they can be stopped. I won’t be ordering anything else from the web unless I check them out first. I sure hope they can be caught and stopped. I was fortunate to act in haste. Also I never had a phone number for them , on the first page of this report it asks for the company contact number, I never had one and I tried leaving it blank but would not let me continue without adding a number so I used my home number figuring if you tried calling you would get me.
