Description
Ordered four fire blankets from Prepared Hero website on Nov. 17, 2023. Got return message with an order number and a note saying they were experiencing high demand, but would mail items in 15 days. Charged my credit card the same day. Have not received any items. Tried to contact the company but no calls were answered and emails bounced.
