Very well-designed mailed letter looking extremely official, with codes to camera-scan and barcodes (which I think were actually fake), telling me to send $60 to file my state annual business report, plus an $85 processing fee, plus an extra $5.95 online processing fee. If you read ALL the fine print, the document does grudgingly admit that it is from a third-party entity. This same scammer has targeted my business attempting to get me to pay exorbitant rates to file my sam.gov yearly address update.
