This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Ordered LED decorations. At checkout, chose shipping for $9.99 instead of "free shipping with the purchase of a subscription to the Serenity Club" free for the first month then $19.99/mo. thereafter. Seemingly it went through fine without the subscription. When I received the email confirmation from [email protected], it shows that not only did they sign me up for the recurring club subscription charge, but also they charged me the $19.99. There's been no direct contact and they do not reply to email.
