purchased what I thought was a Carhartt jacket off of a FB ad. When the coat came, it was way too small and it was an obvious fake Carhartt. I emailed them and they would reply with vague answer and ask me to send them pictures of the jacket. After serval days of back and forth they finally said that since they were based in China, that the return shipping would be too expensive and that I should just keep the item and they could offer me a 15% refund. I told them no and that I would report the transaction to my bank.
