company contacted by email sounded good checked it out purchased product. found out that they charges 48.00 more then advertised, called company at the number on website. we were told that it was a mistake and would refund all. this all was done Oct 13 23 with in 2 hours of purchase. never received refund or product called 3 times after first contact and was hung up on by customer support. checked out product and found it is a fraud does not work as promised. they used phrases( it may reduce) ( could save money)
