I purchased a Door Rug for my son for his birthday. It arrived in horrible condition. Rolled tight and crammed into a small box. When I opened it, it was full of creases and wrinkles, and when I unrolled it, discovered it was thin as a hand towel, no way this is a door mat or rug. The photo is blurry, there are white splotches all over it, and the edges curl inward and will never lay flat. I requested a return of the item and a refund of my purchase price, the Company told me no, even though they advertise 100% Customer Satisfaction. I have contacted my Bank for help.
