I placed an order on September 24, 2023. I got an email that is was confirmed and then another email on September 30, 2023 that my order has shipped. I looked at the tracking number and it said USPS was awaiting the package. This update was on October 3, 2023. I have emailed back and forth countless times with customer service and they just tell me that it will be delivered within the next few business days. They provided me another tracking link with the same tracking number, but this time with DHL. It has been over 6 weeks and I still haven't received the item. The tracking number is no longer valid with USPS or DHL. Customer service is no longer replying to me. They refused when I asked for a refund. I can't find an address or a phone number anywhere. I have a whole file folder the emails but it won't let me upload them. It's only will upload one photo?
