Get Dandy supposedly helps in disputing Google Reviews but since the last 6 months, they have not done anything for us despite telling us when we signed up that a typical cycle takes 90 days. After two 90 day cycles, there was no progress and they took credit for 3-4 google reviews we got removed by directly disputing to Google. When our direct disputes to Google were faster then their AI system we knew it was a scam. When we disputed their actions they said they would follow up on some of the claims and never did. They were only interested in holding us to the contract and collecting money without any doing any real work. The system doesnt work across the board and despite knowing that they advertise for all business categories including Healthcare which my business is in. Total scammers. I blocked the ACH because they were happy to keep collecting money and didnt even respond to any issues I had despite saying they would follow up. Then they forged an echeck in my name and withdrew the money from my account.
