I purchased a computer monitor from the website. I received a confirmation and shipping number. The package was delivered to a different address but I noticed that the total shipping weight was less than the actual weight of just the item ordered. They have been totally unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. I believe this is their scam as now they can blame it on FEDEX and not them. The whole website is suspect as they claim 1900+ reviews on TrustPilot yet when I go to that site, there were none. The address they give is also actually for Prickly Comb Lice Removal! I should have know better and actually thought that I didn't place the order as my credit card messaged me saying it didn't go through which I was happy for, but apparently it did. I am not able to get info from FEDEX as my address is not the same as the one on the order that the tracking number is attached to.
