Description

The individual notified followers on social media that he was hosting a 6 month Jesus Circle Academy. Membership included Prophetic Tuesdays | Wednesday Worships | Thursday Teachings | Friday Freedom | In Person Revival Meetups | Community Group. I purchased the membership on July 11, 2022, expecting the program to begin in August. However, the date was pushed back to September 2022, before being ultimately cancelled. Students were promised a refund within 60 days of a refund request which I submitted on September 27, 2022. On October 24, 2022, I received an email that my refund request has been recurved and will be processed within 60 days. I contacted the seller via email on February 10, 2023, February 23, 2023, and February 25, 2023, and March 17, 2023. On March 17, 2023, the seller apologized for the late response and shared that he still intends to refund me. He then proceeded to ask me to send a receipt of the purchase so he knows the amount, and then send my cash app, or zelle so he can forward you the refund. I followed the steps and did not receive a refund. On May 1, 2023, I followed up asking about the status of the refund. Due to no response, I followed up again on May 26, 2023. The seller then replied on May 27, 2023 stating “I first want to apologize on behalf of Andrew Aggrey miniatures. Last year there was a crisis that happened that affected the ministries finances. His intent is still to refund you, he has not forgotten. Right now he’s been gathering together everything necessary to be able to issue refunds. Once he does shante a refund will be sent to you. I apologize for the delay.” Due to no refund issued, I followed up again on October 22, 2023. Within those five months, the seller posted pictures on social media of his wedding celebration. I believe what started off as good intentions ended up a scam to fund his dream wedding. If he had intentions to refund his students, why wouldn’t the money be in his account? Andrew Aggrey Ministries is now promoting a way to help individuals earn money on social media. Andrew Aggrey Ministries practices have been unfair and deceptive. It is very unfortunate, as he is promoting himself as a Christian Influencer. It is now November 10, 2023 and I have not received my refund of $69.99.
