I received a phone call from "****" from Easy360 about "Geofencing" services for my business. She said that her company was veteran owned and operated and that money was donated back to worthy causes. She explained that when people talked about Medicare or ACA that my ads would then come up on their phone for my business. She also said I would be their one and only representative that they would endorse for my geographic area. I was told a representative would call me to set up my campaign. No one ever called, so I called them back a week later. While I was still on the phone with them, they sent me over an advertisement for me to approve that just had my name and number on it. I approved it, then I heard nothing from them for two more weeks. I called back to complain and was told that ******* was my account rep, he was in a meeting, and he would call me back within the hour. He never called back. I received another phone call from the same company trying to get me to purchase the service again. I told them I already fell for their scam once. He apologized and asked what was wrong with the service. I said "I've gotten NO business from this and NO one has reached out to me from your company." He apologized profusely and said he would personally call me back later when he figured out what was going on. He never called back. I got an email from ***** from CMP about a PAST INVOICE when I had already paid in full. I emailed him back to see what that was about because there was no invoice even attached. He responded that I needed to click the blue link to see the invoice. There was no blue link, and at this point there was no way I would click anything by these people. I just called back in and ***** answered the phone. I asked him about this and he said....oh you shouldn't have gotten that, your account is paid in full. I read back his email and he said it was his email, but that he "didn't send it." I asked for a refund and "*****" is supposed to call me back to speak with me, but "she's in a meeting right now." I don't hold a lot of hope of getting a call back from her. Her email is ****************
