Ordered a sweatshirt. Product was not quality in picture. Asked for return and got immediate response that they would refund 30% due to high international shipping prices and keep the product. Did not accept this and asked for return info and shipping label. Immediate response they would give 50% cash back and keep product. I could except this or send it back on my own.. The product they sent isn’t worth 50% what I paid and I paid shipping for it. These responses are automated and they end up getting money for a very cheap products that do not look like the picture they use to sell them.
