Description
The letter states my name (********), we have been attempting to contact you regarding a matter of importance. Please call 877-488-6554 for a loan amount of $360,000. I called the number and it was a recording asking for my mortgage ID number & my name. I gave them my ID number and my name and the recording said they will call me back and I hung up. I got scared. I did not request any loan as I am on a fixed income.
