I saw an online add for QuickBook Desktop Pro 2024 w/ one year subscription. I ordered the product from their website. https://bighometax.com/ Later I received an email with a product and license number, so that I could download the software from Intuit. However when I opened the software I noticed that they were still listed as the owner of the subscription and the primary contact under the company info page. When I asked about transferring this into my name they refused. I looked online and noticed that I am not the only one this has happened to. It has been suggested that they are taking a real license that is indented for one user and giving it out to multiple companies. As long as Big Home Tax has ownership of other peoples QuickBooks subscriptions and is listed as the primary contact for the software they will be able to access other companies sensitive financial information and could hijack a companies financial records.
