I responded to a friends ad on Facebook (Steve Puckett) who was promoting this Data Specialist job on Facebook. I think his whole entire account has been hijacked. He told me to msg him and then told me that hiring manager would reach out through signal app. I was told that I would need to purchase softwares for computer but that I would be reimbursed for entire amount to include sign on. They even provided a written contact. I noticed people on initial job posting were saying that they were waiting to get $$ back and had not received it and contacted my bank who said it was a scam. I have many screenshots but they are not all uploading here. can someone please call me at 301-575-7164. I am concerned that someone had my ID, address , bank name and bank amount since they wanted screenshot of my Mobile banking app since this is where they were allegedly going to deposit funds into. They even gave me a name and a [email protected] to send the $1000 funds they requested to. thankfully I did not send any but know of others who have who said they were scammed.
