Purchased through a Facebook ad. I ordered (2) Christmas ornaments back in September and would get occasional emails with a tracking number and status. I got an email Monday saying that my order was delivered. I checked the mailbox, and the package was not there. I contacted company and they told me to check with my neighbors to see if they had received it. I contacted the company again and I was told to contact my local police department. I contacted them again and I was told to check with the post office. I contacted them again and they sent me a screen shot showing me that it was delivered, and that I had signed for it. The address they showed was a house that I had sold 12 years ago. The company’s name is SHEN ZHEN SHI HUIAT. The charge was under $50.
