ordered dog treats online, paid an invoice for that amount with venmo, then got 3 or 4 more invoices for that amount and realized it said golden dragon on the one I paid. none were from american journey pet at all. I repeatedly tried to contact venmo before the paymenet was sent, but the paid it anyways and now tell me that they cant do anything. I googled it and american journey is an exclusive product made and sold by CHewy only. There was no phone number or email listed for the scam company so I had to list mine in the info. So my complaint is against both the fake company and Venmo for not standing behind their customers and not having a way to get in touch with them. I also emailed them so they sohould have never paid it to begin with..... I did not receive any product becasue it is a scam.
