I placed several 4 orders, for a total of $267.58 on what I thought was a huge sale at the Pink Lily website. I received tracking information from Hong Kong and immediately reached out to support to confirm the legitimacy of the tracking info as nothing was showing up for me. I was receiving responses back from support with updates on tracking. One order showed it was delivered to my address, but nothing was delivered. I reached back out to support who apologized and said they would resend. I never heard anything back after that. The other 3 orders never arrived either. That tracking number all of a sudden disappeared and the support rep completely sopped responding to my emails. At this point, I stopped reaching out to the support team via my order link, and reached out to Pink Lily from their main website. They confirmed that this purchase was not made through their legitimate website and said they have been trying to get the website shut down for some time. I am currently trying to dispute the charges on my credit card, but have not received a refund at this time.
