This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
An ad popped up on Facebook for a high percentage off of a Doona baby stroller. I clicked the link and ordered the stroller. I provided my name, mailing address, email address, and credit card information. I paused my credit card right after because I started to think it was a scam. The payment is processing on my card. I’m not sure if it will go through or if they will attempt to scam me in any other way.
