Tuesday, October 24, 2023 7:45 AM This manufacturing company sell portable Panda dryers on amazon. The dryer was under one year warranty. When I contacted them, they prolonged the communication by asking me to send pictures of the worn belt, etc. They sent me a replacement belt and told me to replace it myself. After I replaced it, the dryer stopped working. I am not a mechanic or service tech so it was extremely difficult to replace it to begin with. Then they said, if I sent them $40 for shipping, they will send me a new dryer. I paid it and I received the product on 10/23/23 but it was a USED, dirty dryer by a different manufacture. They do not provide a phone number (I asked). You can only communicate via email. Now, I'm stuck with a used dryer with no hose to the vent. They need to be shut down and amazon should stop selling their products. I originally spent $272 for the product. I'm now stuck with a malfunctioned dryer and a used one I cannot use.
