Description
They emailed me for a Desktop EUC level 1 support position on 10/10/2023. I responded and replied with my resume. Next day the recruiter reached back out to me for a video interview, I was interviewed by the manager and recruiter they stated it was a new client and they were hiring 30 employees. Next day they hired me and their HR department sent me an offer letter stating what my hourly rate would be. Then I signed federal documents such as SSA, I-9, SSN, Driver License, other paperwork such as Direct Deposit forms, and bank verification forms, and background check with 3 references. After submitting all forms and background check as well as getting a drug test done on 10/12/2023. The recruiter stated I would start sometime next week. So I foolishly stop looking for other job opportunities thinking I was actually going to start. After another week went by me and the recruiter communicated several times through text message. They said one of my references could not be reached and I got another email notification that I needed to update one of my references. So I gave them a different reference, and again another week went by. So 2 weeks has gone by and still no start date then I saw the negative reviews for this company and assumed it was fake job postings and fake company, but somehow they are able to remian operating. I slso check the job listing and found that none of the jobs were located in Cary, NC like I was told.
