Company presents itself as an American company (supposedly out of Colorado), but after ordering the customer is told it comes from China. Then the item return address is in California. Posted merchandise on Tik Tok Shop advertisement, linked to order form. Sweatshirt was presented as being embroidered and customized to personal picture. Upon receiving order, sweatshirt was screen printed in an incorrect color. Picture that was printed did not match photo sent and looked like a preloaded image. When contacting via email to resolve the issue, received a general, automated response stating “no refunds.” Mass false advertising and bait and switch with no ability to resolve. If thousands of people are ordering these, thinking they are actually quality and embroidered, then they bait and switch…they are scamming tens or hundreds of thousands from people.
