Description
The technician came to repair our fridge; told us it could be 3 possible issues but when it came to signing on the dotted line, he assured me it was just the starter, all the other parts of the fridge were working fine. I paid the $800 charge based on this assurance. The next day, the fridge was still not working. Called back several times for a return visit or to get some kind of refund but the customer service is appalling. They are not in business to serve but to scam people.
