A prescription is needed? Your medication can be delivered right to your door, for free. If you need lab work done, our nurse team can perform all lab and blood tests in the comfort of your home. Your health and well-being are our top priorities and we can help you get the easiest, fastest and best healthcare you need." Yet when I paid $136 to speak to a doctor about getting a prescription changed, I'm connected to a nurse over Zoom who tells me there is nothing they can do, their boss doesn't allow them to prescribe medications and she cannot help me. The nurse tells me she can get me a Mental Health appointment with the proper person FREE OF CHARGE and now I'm being ignored by the company. I've reached out over 20 times over email and told I will not receive a refund as I received services but I did not. I was falsely led to believe if I paid for this service, I could get the help I'm looking for. Not the case at all. They are ignoring all my attempts to contact them for my money back. They're clearly tricking people into booking the wrong services and then keeping their moeny.
