I purchased a sweatshirt that had a dog logo on the front. The pictured item was in a style that made the sweatshirt look a bit worn with the colour in subtle tones as if it was faded from washing. The cuffs, collar and hem also were of a specific style and shape. I placed an order through the website and waited. When the item was delivered it was a completely different material, colour and style. The shirt I received was a cheap shiny material not the standard sweatshirt material. The cuffs, collar and hem were all made of the same material and were cheaply put together. I contacted the company through their site and have been denied a refund. They claim the item was as described and the best they can do is give me, first $3, then, $4 US . I’ve sent pictures that are clearly showing the differences but am told their quality control has reviewed the case and can assure me the item I received is what was advertised. They are refusing to refund the purchase.
