I was browsing Facebook and came across an ad where Balsam Hills was having a flash sale. I shopped around and found a tree that I liked. I put my address, phone number, email and bank card info in the form and ordered the product. The money was taken from my account. The transaction did not say Balsam Hill but a company called Fashion Chicdress in Colorado pulled the funds from my account. I have emailed the support email listed on the contact us page on christmasbigsales.com requesting for them to cancel my order and refund my money - no answer. I went to the Refund Policy section and added the other email addresses of [email protected] and [email protected] and got a notice on both that the [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses do not exist. The website christmasbigsales.com offers Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, decor and fall decor
