Description
Outside of letter looks like it's from my former mortgage company (Keystone Lending, Inc.). However, once you open the letter, it has what looks like a check identified as "Allocated Waiver." The payee line has my name/address. No sending company name is on the paperwork. It also has a Spanish speaking telephone line (888) 572-0611. Notice date is 10/2/2023. My personal data may have been breached as I don't know how any company can get my former mortgage information and then use it to try to scam me. BBB has more than 180+ complaints about these letters, checks.
