Little Herbs sell skin products online but when you order they never come or they tell you they are lost. I received one order and decided to order again. When I ordered the second time I received a tracking number but after 2 weeks of no movement. I placed a tracer on the tracking number and it came back as a label only and no shipment. I never received the order or received a refund. They gave me a discount code to order again. I tried one more time to order because they were skin products that promised healing for a condition my son suffered from and nothing ever came and I had to dispute the charges with my bank after no resolution. I tried to resolve with multiple emails but they don’t respond or refund for the products. When you reach out they either block or delete your comments or they don’t answer any emails and you can’t call anyone to talk to them about orders. They continue to sell online but there are repeated complaints of products not getting received by customers both on BBB or in the comments on IG that have been deleted.
