Advertisement to take a survey and receive a 6 drawer Dewalt rolling toolbox from Harbor Freight paying just $5.99 for shipping. False advertising as I have screenshots of the advertisement. Credit card charged $5.99 for a florist in California. Called phone number given for merchant and call center said it was a monthly subscription fee for a chance to win the Dewalt toolbox. Canceled subscription, but they would not refund the $5.99.
