Scammer sends emails for winning a dewalt tool set for taking a survey. Just pay shipping of 7.99. Then you get charged 3 days later for a subscription fee of 66.97. Then when called for refund and cancelation your told its for a chance to win, not for the product. Then they continue to tell you, you only have 48hrs to cancel from initial 7.99 charge, and they cannot refund you. I threaten a fraud charge with my bank, multiple times, and stated that the law gives you 3 business day to cancel any order or contract, and asked for supervisor multiple times, before they finally agreed to a refund. The problem is if you aren't as persistent as I was and if you don't know your rights they get by with charging you over and over for nothing.
