Called and emailed - Had last 4 digits of social security number and said we had taken a cash advance from Bell Financial Credit Union in 2015 and threatened to garnish wages and sue me. The name "Eric Tabor" was also listed on the email. the email provided a link to pay online - https://app.simplicitycollect.com//PaymentPortal.aspx
