Booked the Georgetown TX Sheraton hotel for 18/19th September, at a cost of $200 - Super.com incorrectly sent me a booking for 25/26th September. The only help Super.com has is online support (no phone number), I demanded a refund within a few minutes of booking - they told me the booking was non-refundable. I called them a fraud operation. I reported the issue to my credit card as this appeared to be a scam, the $200 payment is currently pending so cannot yet be refunded. I went to the hotel to book my stay for 18/19th (for the 2nd time!), when checking out on the 19th I enquired with receptionist and they do not have a booking for me on 25/26th September. Super.com is a scam, advertising on google when looking for hotel dates .. they were $40 cheaper so I got suckered in to booking - then they did a date swap to leave me helpless with no room booking.
