Made a purchase thought tiktok about $3 leggings. I purchased 4 pair on 03/10/23, I received an email on 3/11 that my order had shipped and another email on 3/16 that due to “huge success” they had ran out of product and couldn’t fulfill my order. On 3/23 I emailed the company saying only 1 or 4 pair had been delivered and it wasn’t the right size. They gave me a $3 refund and stated the rest of my ordered would be shipped in 3-5 days. Weeks went by and nothing. In May, they claimed they couldn’t process the rest of the refund due to technical issues. Here we are in September and still no order delivered and no refund issued for 3 pair of leggings that were never received.
