I applied for an entry level manager position that was advertised on indeed as an hourly position for a company called Visionary Associates, INC. During the interview process I was told I would make $1000 a week. After being hired by Alex Van De Bussche, I was informed that it was actually a commission based job and the company’s actual name was Innovative Client Connections. They offered management training, health insurance, and hourly pay without delivering on any of it. I was trained how to stand inside of retailers(Sam’s Club, Costco, target, etc.) and pretend to be a client representative for AT&T while selling phones, lines, and other AT&T services. We would stop shoppers as they walk in the store and quote them a price for a phone plan that they don’t need and charges them more money than what they’re already paying.
