I booked a boat tour . He attempted to cancel 9:30 the morning of .. my appointment was a 5 pm . I asked for refund since he was canceling . He told me no. He then agreed to meet at 5. I got there he wasn’t there . I contacted he stated he was on the way . Never showed up
